Since it's the month of my dA anniversary, I had to drop by and say hello. ^-^ Four years already...or at least, it will be in a few days. It feels like a lot longer than that. I'm going to be twenty years old next month. Wow.

Four years is a big deal, so I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for everything this place has meant to me. You've seen me grow, as an artist and as a person, and I don't think I could've done it without dA, without every comment, every critique, and every beautiful piece of art that inspired me.

I also dropped by to announce some exciting news: my work is now displayed (and for sale) in a real live art gallery. I dropped off four photographs and five Prismacolor pencil drawings today. It meant driving for several hours each way, but it was worth it. Not only will they be on display in the gallery, they will also be offered for sale online. I will not be providing a link to the site here, but if anyone is interested in purchasing a print or an original drawing, please note me.

I cannot explain what a huge dream come true this is for me. Even if I don't sell a single thing, it's still a major accomplishment, and I'm proud to say it's mine.

About thirty of my pictures have been deleted from my gallery tonight as part of an ongoing cleanup, if you will. There are at least thirty more to go, when it's not 2 AM and I don't need to sleep.
